Health is more than the absence of illness—it is the very foundation upon which every strong and thriving community is built. The LifeBank Foundation in partnership with Reseta Health, successfully delivered the first district-wide medical mission of 2025 last September 13 at the Covered Gym of Barangay Matictic, Norzagaray, Bulacan.
From the early morning, residents gathered with excitement, ready to receive a range of free health services. Medical professionals provided consultations, treatment, and expert advice to address various health concerns. Alongside these services, health education sessions equipped attendees with practical knowledge for long-term wellness and emphasized the importance of preventive care. Free medicines and supplements were also distributed, giving beneficiaries support as they continued their health journey beyond the event.
This initiative was made possible through the strong collaboration of key partners and leaders Dr. KC Halili – Director of Business Management at Reseta Health, and Hon. Marcial S. Lucas – Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Matictic. Their leadership and shared commitment demonstrated the impact that true partnership can have, ensuring that quality health services reach those who need them most.
A total of five hundred sixty-five (565) beneficiaries received essential medical services, exceeding the original target of five hundred (500). Each beneficiary is a testament to a need met, a family reassured, and a community taking a step forward toward better health.
The LifeBank Foundation remains committed to more than just meeting immediate health needs. Through these missions, we aim to build a culture of awareness, prevention, and hope. At the heart of every empowered life is good health, and with each mission, we move closer to realizing that vision for every Filipino community.
This event is just the beginning. It marks the start of a series of fifteen medical missions dedicated to bringing vital healthcare services directly to communities. With the support of local government units and the dedication of community volunteers, this mission proves that when we unite with one goal, great things happen. Together, we can bring health and hope to every community we serve.
